Hey! I gave you some, up in there... I gave you a simple tutorial, a free software name, the effects, all that stuff... As in, for n00b tips, you can see the Original ones, scrape some ideias, try to make'em similar, try to copy them, and then make your own, original, after that... :P My tips, are: start with something simple, if you're not familiar with painting softwares, use some simple forms, squares, rounds, star-shapes, that kind of stuff... and go from there... Allways try to make them a little bit shinny, and use small sized stuff, to be easier to turn that into a Sprite, and to be easier to make... :P Have fun^^

Also, if you're using Photoshop, you could go check the Tutorials on YouTube, about making "Poké-Like" Badges, Using Pokémon-shaped Ideias, and instead of using those poké-ideias, use some custom shapes, or use your imagination and draw your own shapes and work them out... :P A lot of experimentation is needed, 'though, to make Badges, if you're like me and you're not a Pro Painter or Photoshoper... :P Keep it up... ;) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT: What up ma people?! I just got a hold of Paint Tool SAI, and learned some tricks for making Badges, and stuff, I made them all today, so I'm just gonna Post'em here. These are Ideias for the Game (So, PT makers, these are for you), you may use all of them, you may use just some of them or you may use none, (LOL) that's up to you... Hope you guys like them! Image They are NOT in order (since I don't really remember the Types of the First 3 gyms...). The ones I Like the most, are the Nature, Hermes, and Twilight (Not AS IN the Game, but as in Dark-Type Stuff)... The Thundercloud One was Inspired by one of my favourite Pokémon from the PT Series, Jallt...^^, The Last one, I was going for a infinite Shape, (hence the name) but then I got a bit bored, and made a "Rainbowish" faggot Badge, to be the last badge, but still leave some Suspense in the air, for anything that could be comming after the 8 Badges (If not the Poké-Leage, DUH!) LOL Hope you guys like them! If you want Tips or if you have Tips, on how to Use "Paint Tool SAI" propperly, please let me know! After I came here, and checked again the first attempts of making badges, I thought I should try to make them a bit better, and since all the versions I saw weren't satisfatory, I made my versions of your badges. I think that the Thundercloud Badge looks nice It may look even better if you took out the black lines in the gray parts. By the way, I love what you did to the badges I made - they look awesome now Also, I wrote this message on my Wii

Writing messages on the Wii is kinda tough! :P And I would have to agree with everyone else - the Featherdance and Thundercloud badges are the best! :D

Hey Guys! Here I am, with a new set of badges.. Just dropping this because I got bored and started to make some badges... Image These are not official, of course... Tell me what you think... I can give you more information about them, but you pretty much can tell what Type each one stands for, and stuff... Also, If you want, I can Give you my way of doing them like this, make a better tutorial than the last one I made (that was a bit miserable LOL)... It is VERY VERY easy, so, if you want to know the steps, just ask me, I'm more than happy to help... :) And please, discuss them, tell me if you like them^^, Thanks

Thanks, guys, it's very easy to make, this thingys... :P If you use SAI, it's very easy, you can make a round line and end up with a badge that looks like these ones :) Thanks for the appreciation^^, Maybe I'll make more... If I were to make more, what Types would you like me to do...? :)

Paint Tool SAI, search for it, it's super easy to do simple illustrations, and make them come alive! :P Very small Software, and very used, in Fakemon Making, and Illustrations... Makes Manga Making easier... :P LOL Now I sound Like a Software Ad! xD anyway, if you want me to give you some tips in making them look like mine, I'll show you... ;) I'll Make a Water One, A Psychic... As for the Poké-Ball One, it's too obvious, but I can make it too, you want them In Gold or in Silver Outlines? (Check My other Badges in the Upper part of this thread to see the difference).
