| Shes dead. it makes that clear in the ending (Not that I've played brotherhood yet.) I've only played II, I thought the first was too clunky and couldn't get into it. Have I mentioned that I find accents extremely attractive, especially Spanish and French (Orgasms) so this is one of my *coughs* erm favorite games, even if I only played one game in a series...

about the ending of ACB: you hear 2 voices at the end
- when you have played the dlc AFTER you finished the game, you hear them again, and one of them is called William
- when you have played the dlc BEFORE you finished the game, you get a letter from 'William M', saying he is a friend of rebecca |

| I dont think shes dead ive heard many suggestions to what could have happened includeing that she will heal herself as the the apple touches her cause the apple is let go out of desmonds hands. The next game i think is going to focus on the american revolution cause there were a lot of hints at the end of brotherhood. That eye symbol which is supposed to be on their money showed up and some think think the next game could be about the freemasons as they have a hugely similar logo if you google them to the assassins logo which could be a clue. France was also suggested to be a possible location staying in europe but i would think they would want to enter a different part of the world since they have already done the middle east and europe. Cant wait for the game i just hope it lives up to expectation cause i didnt believe the last was as good as AC II.

| YES! Another one that thinks she isn't dead!
Brotherhood was a really good game, because of multiplayer and the new battle engine. It was a bit short, though, and with ACII I had a better assassin feeling. And the multiplayer was REALLY slow.
It was too bad you could only be in rome, I would have liked that they put other cities in... |

OH pfffft the revolution is a big period in time I remember somewhere someone said they were going to try to avoid events that have already been portrayed in video games. And why the American revolution? I can think of twenty other time periods and twenty other countries I'd rather jump around in than america at that time period. Especially since America is newly developed then and I wouldn't expect many tall buildings to jump on.
And if the eye symbol is the one on top of a pyramid thats on all american money even today its not exactly a time setter, and I don't think it is even an american symbol, and is not the freemason symbol (but now that you mention it the actually looks extremely similar to the assassin's logo) the masons were also positioned in Scotland, Ireland and England. |

and the 2 symbols shaun was talking about come together in two places:
- Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen (France)
- America
This is why I think it will be France, during the 18th century.
EDIT: There were also many templars in France, so it could work. |

There are also rumors of AC3 in WOII, with a female ancestor.
People: THIS ISN'T TRUE!!! THIS IS BAD!!

| yea heard that too but i hope not cause there alread being to ruin the series by producing one every year. I think the setting around the time they have now were the likes of guns are in early stages is perfect the way it is. i wud much rather see sword fights than gun fights in the next game. |

"Ubisoft might have accidentally spilled the beans on the next game in the Assassin’s Creed series, one in which you may jump back into the role of Altaïr.
Take this all with a grain of salt for now, but a developing thread on the NeoGAF message board says that Ubisoft posted a Flash file containing the game’s logo and the name Altaïr, in Arabic script, to the official Assassin’s Creed Facebook page.
The Facebook post is gone for now, but the evidence remains in the form of an image and a Flash file, both still sitting on Ubi’s servers, that reference an upcoming reveal of the game. Also in the Flash file, according to the original poster: a logo, shown above, naming the game Assassin’s Creed: Revelations.
Interesting, that name: As another NeoGAF poster pointed out, in 2012 Konami will release the Silent Hill: Revelation movie, and Capcom’s upcoming 3DS game is Resident Evil: Revelations. Stop copying your neighbor’s paper, you guys!
