| 10 year olds is ok in my opinion - they've been there all the way through the gens, but it should only have about 5 legendaries.

anyways, how does team rocket not fit into the timeline? (don't even think to meniton giovanni, it could work, he's time travelling remember! he can be in twelve places at once) it's set during the same time as g/s/c and don't say cos team rocket is in johto.
There's more than 20 members of team rocket ok (come to think of it in g/s/c team rocket looked like uni graduates, cos it looked like they wore the flat caps/hats/wateva)
not to mention pt is fanmade, and the storyline was done before the g/s remakes hg/ss. because it is fanmade though, it doesn't have to fit in with official storylines.
also there have always been at least 2 versions of pokemon, the main reason is to encourage trade (it will encourage trade [not to mention how does jurker evolve?])
if team rocket were to be replaced though, Eclipse works best, Team dusk dawn is meh, whereas eclipse fits fine (Lunar Eclipse, Solar Eclipse)
But Team rocket should stay anyways, I mean rockets fly to the moon and the sun (at night time, when it's safe) and also why should it endorse the addition of extra teams, I mean you only need one villainous team, not one-time recurring teams that serve no purpose whatsoever except to introduce new legendaries or some other crap (they barely showed up in the anime)
also 10-yr-olds were fine back when I was ten years old. not anymore... and even 4 legendaries would be enough (Mewtwo was just a clone of Mew)
