It may be used as an event location somewhere down the line, but for right now, it doesn't do anything.

You know what It could be? something like the house of that mistery guy who kept hiding himself for you to find him, in RSE right outside Slateport... :P Like, Mini-Games and Prizes and Stuff... More ways to get money, for example... :P
