i caught a lolzie and was wondering how rare they were because i love it and i really want to evolve it even though it evolves at lv 40 can someone tell me the ratio for how rare it is plz

i saw about 120 pokemon before i caught mine so it would probably b like 150 or there abouts or maybe i just got lucky

because the day i made this account i had just found a shifty natured lolzie (i think it 15% up for speed and spdef down by 10%) i was really happy because i had been searching for 2 hours straight.
