| Okay, I'm extremely confused... I battled the Spickle besides the lake... AND IT WAS SHINY! I looked at the pokedex, and it's usually blue... Is this a event or shiny.? Please no trolling, I don't know the game well ._. there were even stars going around it.. http://i44.tinypic.com/34hswlw.png |

first of all, this section is for usercreated art. Pt related questions shouldnt be here.
and to answer your question: yes it is a shiny spickle. Farlgroves spickle is shiny and team rocket has stolen it.

Try posting in the FAQ next time - it's more easily spotted 
The Spickle you face in the Rocket battle is guaranteed to be shiny, all the time. Game Fortress just thought it'd be cool to do :P
