| Pokemon Twilight 5.010 is now released and available for download on the PT site and yoyogames. This version is mostly minor bug fixes from the previous version, but it also included the start of a recurring fall event that will take place every October/November. This year, the event is extremely basic but it will be updated every year to celebrate halloween and thanksgiving. To check it out, look to the right of Ivory Town near the house where you get Secret Power. Be quick though, this event ends at the start of December!
This is my way of saying that we haven't given up on PT yet =D

| Right. Now for v5.5 :D
EDIT:
>Small grammar change - the door to the locked house should say "interestingly" instead of "interesting", or use an em-dash instead of a comma.
>It'd be nice if the maize moved when you walked in it.

| I am pleased to announce that I may be able to resume production on Pokemon Twilight in the near future! Thanks to bob for carrying on the production of the game so far! He's still in charge of the game, but hopefully I'll be able to get some real work done on it soon : )

Real work or the sort of work v5 got before it was released? :P |

| Gooo GF :D
Also, I suddenly noticed something - why making a huge PT5.5 update, when you can release smaller patches with a new area/move/pokemon/feature/etc for every patch? It'd be way better than having to wait a long time.

| Yay! I'm so glad!
And I agree, smaller patches would be amazing. If you have ever played Pokemon Tower Defense (not that I am trying to compare this to another pokemon game xD) you'll notice the creator updates once a week. The updates may be small, like adding a new pokemon or fixing a bug, or they could be big like adding a new story or event. What ever the case, because of his constant updates he has built a HUGE fan base. Not only that but there is a lot of work being done on his game, and it is that much closer to being perfect/complete. |

| The problem with PT is that some updates take a long long long time to do and the game can't be updated while they are half complete. |

I can't see what'd be so long that you couldn't split it into separate parts. Apart from a rewrite or multiplayer battling, and you haven't been doing that. |

| You could always just update when the small updates are made... like "There is a new pokemon that has been added to route 10! Go check it out", or that sort of thing. Or kind of like there is a fall event happening now, it would be nice to have a christmas event too :P. and ya know, little things like that. |

You could split up the "things to update" between you programmers, like small things (route updates, glitch fixes, new routes/pokemon, minor occurrences, etc.) and treat them like a school assignment with a deadline( I.e."you can turn your assignments in between now and December"). That might help move things along.
Or you could have more people working on it. Just food for thought.

| Or small area additions, like a new route or a new secret area, doesn't take much work and still makes all players happy. |
