We don't know. At the moment, progress is slow, so it could be up to a few months. We simply can't tell :/

No way! I heard somewhere that a green building in russet city was going to be used for a halloween event. That's not going to end up in next year's halloween is it? aww.. I was hoping for the update to be before october ends

There is a building used for a hallowe'en event, but it's not the green russet one. It's the abandoned house before you enter russet.
