my strongest pokemon is my lvl 48 stritus its moves were: thunder twister fly and arial ace note:stritus is a water and electric type and bye the looks of it looks like it floats

Stritus learns Aerial Ace? I'd better train mine a little then - it's only on Lv. 40 XD And I believe Jurker evolves on Lv. 22.

Grass types learn it too, primarily because they need to absorb light for photosyntheis and stuff.

Cubbear can be found on Route 5, but you'll have to look for it, as it's pretty uncommon.
