Ok So the lat time I played was around February, It was the version without Cut and no city after the 3rd badge. Is there a recent update from that version or is that the only latest version out currently.

Nah. Kabob has done his part for now. As has been said, the program is with GameFortress (the user) and he is working on it now. Progress does exist!
