| First of all, please use the FAQ Topic for all of your questions :)
There is right now not an official editable of Pokémon Twilight, although there is an unofficial one. However, as that one was a decompiled exe, which is illegal, I cannot post a link of it here. Telling you this is pretty much a bit more than allowed.
It might be possible an editable will be posted later, featuring Pokémon Twilight in it's newer version, but still, the chances are very low.

| There was one released a long long time ago, I have no idea if it is still available online anywhere but it's not very good anyway and it would actually be harder to use it than to just program your own.

| It must've been really bad, then. That battle engine is a killer to code, I can tell you. Some of you may remember my Creatures game (which is still in development, by the way). I repeatedly was stuck on getting the battles to work. Of course, I have a coder who's much more talented than I am at that sort of thing now, so progress is being made much more quickly.
