| QUOTE: Hidro We could make light good against dragon to help balance it out.
Then you really should give Light another weakness to balance it out. Come on, Poison types need a rub.
QUOTE: TwilightDusk
Normal/Flying would be more logical for Starlit and Reagle instead of Flying/Normal.
Fire/Poison would be more logical for the Scrug line than Poison/Fire.
I have no idea why Rotato is Bug/Steel and Pillage is Steel/Bug. That just doesn't make sense.
Is there actually a difference?
QUOTE: TwilightDusk
A Normal/Psychic typing isn't really good for Mesmablob. The normal type neutralises the fighting-type attacks. Also, Mesmablob doesn't seem really 'normal'. More like Psychic/Ghost or something.
Mechasnap, pure Steel? A Steel/Dark or Steel/Fighting would fit it better. And with a bigger move pool and a good Attack base stat, I'm sure Mechasnap can be a monster in online battling.
I don't see Mesmablob as a ghost, either. And what would make Mechasnap not monosteel when it is a creature based off of a steel trap made out of steel? |

| EDIT: Forgot to press reply... I'm responding to the message above ^
. Light Types being weak to Poison is interesting, as it does sound reasonable.
. There isn't a technical difference, but his points are valid.
. And I think Mesmablob should be Psychic/Poison, as it is a virus. Mesmablob isn't really ghost-like. Mechasnap could go either way, although I'll have to look into it. But the reason for the Dark suggestion stems mainly from its Pokedex descriptiom, which certainly makes it sound dark.

Hmm, I kinda like the idea of making light weak to poison. I'll run it past Bob and GF and see what they have to say about it. |

good points. I don't see why you would need to switch the two types.

| I like it. It seems pretty balanced to me, especially with Light resisting Dragon now.

| Mechasnap as a Steel/Dark type with an impressive Attack base stat of 115 and a Speed base stat of 110... It would get into OU and maybe even Uber probably. I'm sure it'll be if it ever becomes Steel/Dark, because that thing with STAB on Crunch is deadly.

Well, Mechasnap does have a desciption that would make it seem extremely powerful, plus, if your going to go through the trouble to get it to level 40 to evolve it, it does deserve to be very strong. However, to balance that out, you would need to make Lolzie weaker, only excelling in its defence. I also agree that Mesmablob should be a poison/psychic, it simply makes sense. Junzu should have an attack base a little above average, same with it's defense. It's prevo should specialize in speed and cuteness :D. As for Welion, Excelent attack, average
defense, good special attack, slightly below average special defence, and good speed.
