| Here is the new trailer released for the upcoming game set to be released in November this year. Is this a genuine good game or will it jus be another way for the COD makers to make money off us gamers?

| In my opinion, it's going to suck like every single other Call of Duty game.
In my unbiased-of-generic-FPS-games-with-excuse-plot-to-shoot-things opinion, it's going to suck because Activision is making it.

I agree with you there hasnt been many good fps recently and the ONLY good COD game was modern warfare one all the other games were crap story modes and reli bad developers lik activsion but activision arent makin this one thats y i wonder if its goin to be good, infinty ward is the main developer lik all the modern warfare games, activision are currently workin wit bungie on a new PS3 project. |

| Lmao im sorry i aint great at english failed it in school. Activision own the series but let infinity do the work jus like halo series how 343 industries own the game but are lettin another developer to work on the halo:CE remake sorry if i offended you with my poor english skills  lol
Edit: that wiki page shows that activision publish it but arent the devlopers. Infinty is the main devloper but it seems lik more devlopers than previous cod games. Also if im not mistaken above u did use than in the wrong context lol |

| Actually they are all apart of Activision, They tiny groups of programmers Activision own, Infinity Ward was the Activision group that worked on the last few CoD games. |

| Infinity ward only did the modern warfare games treyarch did the others (black ops and world at war) i didnt mind infinity ward developin the game but they didnt do a good job with mw2 so i hope they will listen to the gamers tellin them to fix the story problems |

| There is a call of duty game that comes out like every stinking year. Can't stand the games. The plot sucks, the graphics aren't even all that impressive. The only reason it got popular is because for some reason unknown to myself it became "cool" to play call of duty. It made you mature and respectable if you played COD.... WTF gaming industry? WTF?

I think it is popular because it's fun to play.
I rarely play since I don't own the games, but when I do play (only ever multiplayer) I have fun! despite the fact I'm not that great at shooters.
It's better than other shooters though, which take forever to kill someone.
but like I said, I don't play much so don't take my opinion too seriously

| I just find it interesting that games we get from over in Japan can have deep and interesting plots and characters that have depth, while the American game company throws out mindless shooting games with little to no story. I haven't seen many exceptions to the mindless shooter so if there is one then please correct me. Of course that may be why people enjoy the game is because it requires little thought and more action... |

| thats true the last shooter i found that had depth and good storyline was 10 years ago with the orginal halo. All these current games focus less on story mode and more on multiplayer online play. Something i hate, when you live in an area were your broadband speed is awful so i end up wastein money on a story mode that lasts 2 days however the last gears of war 2 had an amazing story mode to it and kept me interested for a long time and hopeing gears of war 3 will be similar to the last one. |

| Though I agree that an interesting story is key, what is going to keep most players playing the longest is multiplayer. I think this (and the fact that a fair ai with the same playing rules as a real player can never be as good as human players) is why the shooters tend towards multiplayer games

yeah, it's really easy to kill someone in COD, which takes the skill requirement down a touch, letting "newbies" have fun in multiplayer without needing a whole ton of skill. It is a strength for new comers in the multiplayer, but ends up with more boring gameplay in the longhaul. Just my opinion.
Call of Duty is kinda like Land Before Time.
There is an undeniable level of suckage as soon as they tried to release a sequel, yet somehow people keep buying it over and over and over.
Even call of duty fans admit it's lame that another one is coming out so soon, but they'll all buy it anyways.
It's mindless franchise following zombies such as these said individuals that keep the title going strong.

| Except The only reason the Land before time sequels got sucky is because Don Bluth left the copyrights with the production company since it was the Renascence of animation, and he didn't expect sequelitis, he made other movies which which were really great and are all classics like The Secret of Nymh, The Rescuers, An American Tale, All Dos Go To Heaven, AND Anastasia (also Titan A.E. but I haven't watched it yet so I can't opine on it). CoD has been made by Infinity Ward almost since the beginning |
