| possible? yes (hypothetically), likely to ever happen? no. hell its possible for a level 1 magikarp (Also hypothetically) to beat a maxed out level 100 gyarados if the gyarados knows trash or runs out of moves and resorts to struggle and misses with every attack but it will never happen.

| Maybe, depends on the magikarp's max Attack, Defense and Special Defense And the Gyrados' maximum/minimum Attack, Special Attack and Defense. OR the Gyrados' moveset (might be all stat based moves (e.g. howl, growl, tail whip, splash [yes it can know splash])

| Easily. A level 100 is going to beat a level 32, especially with moves like Tackle and Flail.

| When the challenge is issued, an appropriate prize will be announced. We're thinking of a secret area in the game where you can catch some rare pokemon with a set minimum individual value. So the lowest IV would be like 50 etc etc. That secret area would only be accessable to those who recieved a reward from a specially issued challenge. Like the dandaloft elite 4 challenge. It will also only be available to anyone beating the elite 4 for the first time with a team of dandalofts ( i.e. level cap of 100 ) |
