If you are referring to game maker pro for free then look around, the internet is full of pirates. Yes, pokemon twilight was made with game maker, although no matter which programming language you use, making a pokemon game will not be easy.

i dont expect it to be. but rpg maker is just to hard to use

A pokemon game is hard to make. Otherwise the internet would be overflowing with decent remakes. No matter which language you choose, this will be a difficult game to make.
