| I guess it would be weird trying to punch a tornado (although since it's a Ghost, it technically wouldn't do any damage)  I think Tormental looks great though - despite it not being your standard-fare Pokemon, Tormental has it's own style to it, and it looks pretty fierce  Although now that I think about it, PT has a lot of unique-looking Pokemon, and I think that's one of the best parts about it.

Spriting has speeded up dramatically. Hidro never used to release new designs like this. The programming side has come to a standstill, yes.

| Jelliker looks way different than I thought it would, but I think it's pretty cute I also like the abilities Optimist and Congeal, although I wonder how the second part of Optimist would be implemented. Nimbillow looks pretty bright though, but... it is a Light type after all, so it kinda fits |

| gonna be honest, I could tell from the silhouette's i wasn't going to like grilowatt.. and i was right. it's too.. diagonal and it's head is weird and ambiguous (don't make you design's too ambiguous hidro!) he's made his outlines a lot cleaner, though. Glipper looks nice too. |

| I've been staring at these sprites for a while. I like Glipper - it's pretty cute But I don't think I quite understand Grilowatt though. Are those clear things that stick out on its sides with the purple tips supposed to be wings or feet? They definitely look like wings on Glipper, but on Grilowatt, they look like more like feet. Also, does the top part of Grilowatt with the yellow strike supposed to open up, or is it always closed like that? It looks like it's supposed to open, but there's no line going down the middle so I'm not sure. Regardless, I've always wanted a Bug/Electric type, and it's ability is really cool |

| Yep, Coronation pretty much explained the design ambiguity - main reason why I changed a lot of the original sprites doing my revamps, cause I didn't know what I was revamping! (but that's another story).
Dunno if you're reading this Hidro, but i think your work would be pretty much perfect with a few changes here and there, and one of those changes has gotta be clarity of design. I guess it's not really an issue cause if i'm not mistaken.. PT's target audience shouldn't be much work to satisfy graphics wise, bein' truthful, no offence, but jus' sayin'.
I agree, though. Love the typing combination and ability! |
