hey guys i kinda feel stupid for saying this but i was wondering how you update your version of pt without loosing all your data does it automaticaly do it or what?

Don't feel stupid, it is quite an understandable question!

When you download, a new version of PT, your save files, save to your computer, and when you start up a new version of PT, the save files just carry over, thus meaning you do not have to start again!

YoYo Games will always have the latest version. The next one probably won't be coming out for a while though.
