hi i was just wondering about what you do when you reach russet city

First, you go into the green building and talk to the president. After that, you have to find Team Rocket's secret base, which is near the entrance of the city. I have a picture that can help you find the house where it's located. After finding the switch and entering the hideout, you have to get to the end and talk to the president once you're done. Then you can fight the third Gym Leader.
