first......, go to the place near the entrance ,go to a house if u see oon. Make sure nobody is in the house and press X on the dustbin.it should say
"there is a switch under the bin Zack(or whatever your name is) pressed the switch" then a secret passage will apper go in and you are in rocket's hideout
