Yes it does. Well in a way. First unlock the task bar and pull it down so you only see a blue line. Thats the closest I have ever got to full screen.

I wouldn't recommend going in complete full screen. Because all the sprites and tiles begin to get pixelated.

If you download it from this website, there is a button (like a square) next to the x out button that can bring it to complete full screen. It works for me. I have windows vista.

I recall there being a program by someone on gmc (I think it was Jext?) for pixel perfect nearest neighbor resizing using surfaces with little performance drag... Perhaps this could be used in some future version.
