| G/S/C were my favourites, the region was perfect and the story kicked ass. I mean its not all too often that you get to kick the son of some massive evil doing corportation (Team Rocket)'s ass everyday is it?
D/P sucked, story was terriblew and the WiFi could have been better by 10fold.
Platinum sounds like they took into consideration the suckiness of the multiplayer.
R/B/Y were fun but they of course are outdone by their sequal.
R/S were okay, story could have been better and the graphics were... meh
Emerald was the perfect R/S.

| I also liked the Gold/Silver/Crystal series because you were able to travel back to Kanto to earn more badges, and fight Red. Red was one of the most challenging opponents in the game aside from the battle tower trainers.

| My favourite game was the original red/blue/crystal, as they had the most original ideas. Even though firered/leafgreen are the same as red/blue, I still prefer the older versions, as the dodgy graphics seem to match the rest of the game. (If you understand me)

| I played D/P with a friend once, and I really disliked it. The graphics were wierd and for me, after years of playing 2D Pokemon games, the 3D ruined it

| I've never played anything before ruby and sapphire so I don't know much about them but g/s/c sounded great but D/P threw that all out the window with 3D graphics and the pokemon needs some getting used too but platinum sound alot better than D/P

| well you can catch all regis and the legendary birds of 1st gen and you get a house all to yourself <its like a secret base< and has extended story and has alot of new pokemon forms I cant list all of the stuff just go to serebii.net and click on platinum it list all the stuff there |
