So you also have problems catching him? It's weird because it is even more rare than the other rare pokemons. I now even doubt the information on the guida and think that:
1) you can only find it at a special time or
2) he's super rare or
3) the information from the guide is from the old version and he can be found somewhere else near obsidian cave or in it, where he is rare or
4) the information from the guide is from the old version and he's been removed in the newer ones, however Dark Matter should know more about that because he already caught them all
