HI! i am just wondering why you can use the ability Fly in caves and hideouts. i am pretty sure you cant do that in any other Pokemon game

last time I checked it didn't let you use fly in caves and buildings, but maybe I need to fix that haha

Some caves and buildings are possible to Fly out of, but not all.
