| It was a ok attempt, but it works better if the letters are at the start of the sentence - then you don't have to underline them.

Anyways, bikes would be nice because they can add more function to the game besides fast travel, think the sand slopes and balance beams in the third gen! It's almost like another HM without requiring it to teach a pokemon! |

| patch 1 will not be out before christmas :P
however we are still planning on getting the christmas event in before christmas.
with an entirely new pokemon as a reward, and furniture for your secret base, this christmas should be a good one one Pokemon Twilight :)
on a side note:
- bikes will never be in PT as I feel the running mechanic covers movement speed as well as it needs to. For large scale transportation, there is flying.
- I've looked into VOIP ( voice chat over PT ) and I haven't decided whether I'm going to attempt it or not yet
- online leader boards will be implemented into the game as soon as we figure out a secure way of doing it
- when online battles are completed, we will introduce a league based ranking system that gives you points based on the ranking of your opponent upon defeating them
- I'm currently brainstorming ideas to make the online portion of the game much more enjoyable and entertaining ( i.e. co-op areas )
- Advanced online profiles is something I want to discuss with bob. Either way, statistics will have to be updated while you're online only. We have to go through a server to have the information be secure and not easily hacked. The server will check for cheating etc etc. Hopefully in the next little while we'll have a statistics section that is accurate, fair, and competitive. Hopefully we'll bring a new aspect to the PT scene shortly.

you must of never played any of the gameboy/gameboy colour pokemon games.
otherwise suck it up. (and the games did have bikes but not until u got to goldenrod EDIT: or cerulean city) |

| the christmas event will be unlocked via mystery gift. If you access mystery gift for 4 days before or after christmas ( dec 21st - dec 29th ) you'll get a "Wintery Ticket" which can be used to teleport you to the north pole :D with a couple of challenges, interesting folks to meet, furniture to unlock, and a new pokemon to obtain, we're hoping to make your holiday just a little merrier.
The event will be open to everyone. You will only be able to visit the north pole on said days however. |
