I thought it evolved at Lvl 32 instead of 34.

| Update: Stritus' water pulse is at level 36, not 32. And do Doltopias really learn Fire Wind? Water Pokemons learning fire attacks seems a little bit fishy... (you get it? Doltopia? Fishy? Argh, nevermind...) |
