Urich to Anemoned: level 16
Singet to Searus (unconfirmed): level 16
Quenchi to Althorn (unconfirmed): level 16
Lileef to Mayflower: level 16
Starlit to Reagle: level 18
Metemite to Astrodius:(unconfirmed) level 16
Dandeloft to Welion: level 20
Spickle to Dribbit: level 19
Lolzie to Mechasnap: (unconfirmed) level 25
Trilobur to Trilotoggle:(unconfirmed) level 17
Jurker to Nimbillow/Stritus:(unconfirmed) level 23, evolution by version (Solar or Lunar)
Vatick to Oculet:(unconfirmed) level 25

You're at the wrong spot.
First of all, most of these levels are only accuracte in an older version of Pokémon Twilight.
Then, there's a full guide of all Pokémon, where they can be found, when they evolve etc. that is up to date that can be found here.
Then, don't revive old topics. There wasn't posted in this topic for about 5 months :o
