So I was fighting the first Team Rocket dude that has the pokemon with the gems on his back, and it was shiny, is that normal?? because I really want a shiny one, does this mean I am never getting it again?
He stole that spickle from the town because it was shiny, there are wild shiny pokemon in PT and the chance of seeing one is about the same as the real games (slightly more common in pt, but the difference is so small that you probably wont notice). I know that at least 2 shiny pokemon have been caught already so it's not too impossible to do. So if you spent enough time running around caves you just might run into a shiny spickle, but I dunno if it would be worth the time it would take. The chance is still something 1/8000 or something around that.
