All the new starters are lame, horrible, if you didn't notice the other 3 generations went along a specific style, 1 was cool/tough, 1 was cute but good for noob,s the other was balanced somewhat.
My team consists of the 3 cool/tough ones ;)
Charmander, Totodile, Treecko.
The new ones suck >.< the only good DPP pokes are Riolu, Lucario, Palkia, Giratina (Origin), Shaymin (Sky) and a few others I can't remember since I haven't played Platinum and Pearl for so long.
Okay, the first two houses are down... sadly they contrast horribly with Twilight's current Tree's and John likes the Trees where as I hate them tbh. >.< This sucks really bad... I guess I'll just move along and work on some other sprites while I think.

| I dunno, bulbasaur had type advantages against the first two gyms which probably made him seem stronger.

| bilbasaur was handy, beat first two gyms, whoops Giovanni, troubles with lorelei but beatable with Venesaur, easy time with bruno.....bulbasuar=veryuseful
but i always go for the water starter, not because its my favorite type, but they seem to mesh well with the teams i create |

| same with grass starters with me but the heartgold and soulsilver will be very diffacult for me because I like getting a team of six multitype pokemon(*) and I like keeping my starters with me at all times so johto will be strange for me
