| Hello everybody, I know it has been a VERY long time but I figured I would give this a try again. I have been playing around with PT over the years and kept up with the fourm . Still checking now and then to see for new verison. I have been away for a while b/c of college, but have gotten some free time in my second year to get back into this.
But enough about me you are year for the grand re-opening of PO1/2M.
Well A few things have been changed. a list below:
1) Hey it is is on Saturday, it is a better day for me
2) 2 Pokemon instead of one. Since there are enough I figured why not
3) Sprites and images galore . Tried to spice it up
4) Examples of the Pokemon. since I have some free time to EV I decided to show what one of the sets should look like.
5) Route
6) More stuff to come. Hopefully it will evolve this time and I can do more with it.
Now without further ado PO1/2 v2
# 70 - Triantuslash
level 28 =>
Type: Bug / Steel
Height: ????
Weight: ???
Classification: The Tarantula Pokémon
Stats:
HP: 75
Attack: 85
Defense: 95
Special Attack: 75
Special Defense: 90
Speed: 55
Total: 475 Okay
Ev yield: 2 Attack
Behavior: Triantuslash can make webs which are lighter and stronger the titanium. These webs are used to capture its prey.
Overview: Triantuslash is probably a poke that you have not really come across. It evolves from Webtrix a poke that only appears at night and only in one area. It is this reason that it is probably missed, which is a shame. Considering that Triantuslash found before the 3rd Gym (the Flying type one) and is also a steel type it should be used, after all it is one of the few that can resist flying. As for competitive play Triantuslash is decent. Its bug and steel typing allows it to wall and then dish out punishment with its relatively large attack. One bad thing is its speed which is not very big, and with no access to paralysis outside of body slam Triantuslash falls a bit short. Overall decent with a bit of potential.
Hunter on the loose ( Physical Attacker)
Nature: Creepy, Industrious
Item: Choice Band
Move set: Metal Claw, Night Slash, Extreme Speed, X- Scissor
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 SDef
Summary: this is purely and attacking set with HP to back it up. I chose HP in order to give him more bulk since Triantuslash is too slow to out speed anything. So dual stab with Metal Claw and X – Scissor to help Triantuslash output damage. Night slash is there for neutral damage to anything that might switch in. Lastly Extreme Speed is there to knock out anything weak or to get the priority hit before anybody knock you out.
Armored Hunter ( Physical Wall)
Nature: Industrious
Item: Leftovers
Move set: Iron Defense, Extreme Speed, Bug Bite, Mean Look
EV: 252 HP/ 4 Atk / 252 Def
Summary: A simple set that takes advantage of Triantuslash’s massive defense. Iron defense is there just in case you want to set up, it is also there since Triantuslash does not have access to any support moves. Mean look is to trap weak Pokémon and then finish them. Bug Bite is used just in case your opponent puts a berry on any of their Pokémon. Finally Extreme speed is there to finish off a weak poke before they finish you off.
Dropping Weights ( Boosting Set)
Nature: Industrious or Creepy; The example above is Industrious
Item: Leftovers
Move set: Agility, Metal Claw, X – Scissor, Night Slash
EV: 4 HP/ 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Summary: Well since Triantuslash has agility ….why not? This set can certainly make up for the poor speed that Triantuslash has. At least 2 agilities might be needed to sweep with him.
Other Options : Choice Scarf could prove useful
Checks and Counter:
Infernox: Fire and dragon clearly wall and demolish Triantuslash.
Termight: It walls both of the stabs that Triantuslash possesses and has the fire type attakc to defeat him.
Bhrime: It may not possess the proper counter attacks, but Bhrime can stall and wall Triantuslash all day.
Cosmite : Fire and Rock can put a damper on the plans of Triantuslash.
Partners:
Spiquil
Stritus
Trollush
Valkeran
Location:
Evolve from webtrix.
Webtrix is found only on route 9 at night.
#088 - Hartoom
Level 24 => level 30 + Holding Sun Stone => Hartoom ( currently no party sprite)
Type: Grass
Height:
Weight:
Classification:
Stats:
HP: 81
Attack: 81
Defense: 76
Special Attack: 101
Special Defense: 76
Speed: 66
Total: 481 Decent
Ev yield: 3 HP
Behavior:
Overview: Hartoom is a random Pokémon that you probably do not know how to obtain. If you do not know Hartoom evolves from Sprangling at level 30 or above holding a sun stone, of which there is only one of in the current demo. Sprangling evolves from Springling which is a grass type which is unfortunately found on route 9 … right before the FLYING gym. Since he comes so late in the current game he really has no use as of now, outside of a sleeping powder user to capture Pokémon easier.
Berry Good ( Special Attacker)
Nature: Industrious or Elegant ; The example above is Industrious
Item: Leftovers / Big Root
Move set: Giga Drain, Sleep Powder, Growth, Sludge Bomb ( For now Acid)
EVs: 4 Def/ 252 Sp. A/ 252 Spe
Summary: Well Hartoom does not have much of a move pool and this set is basically the most you can scavenge, but make no mistake it is dangerous. Giga Drain helps maintain satiability and Sludge Bomb is an alternate form of attack.
Grass Roots ( Mixed Wall )
Nature: Industrious or Stubborn
Item: Leftovers
Move set: Giga Drain, Sleep Powder, Growth, Sludge Bomb (For now Acid)/ Synthesis
EV: 252 HP/ 128 Def/ 128 Sdef
Summary: Since Hartoom has a limited move pool the only real thing that changes on Hartoom is the Evs. This set make Hartoom more defensive This can be done as Hartoom does possess a decent
amount of defense and special defense and more than enough special attack to do something without boosting. With this et you will be able to set up a couple of Growths before attempting to sweep. Also Synthesis is an option as a means of gaining back health.
Other Options: Not until TMs release
Checks and Counter:
Infernox: Fire Fire Fire
Termight: Well both of its stabs are super effective on Hartoom
Cosmite: Fire …again. Nothing Hartoom can really do to harm him.
Caribuck: Dual resist and Dual stab. It would be suicide for Hartoom to fight Caribuck.
Marag: It is a pure poison wall and as of now Hartoom cannot effectively harm Marag
Partners:
Spiquil: Solves all of the nasty fire type problems
Slagtite: Again takes out all fire and even ice types.
Parafin: Water and Grass helps defeat all who would harm Hartoom.
Location:
Hartoom can only be obtained from evolving Springling into Sprangling and into Hartoom by leveling to 30 and holding a Sun Stone.
Springling location
Also ..... MEGA Hartoom!!!!!!!!!!!!
It may not be colored but it is just something I drew up. I will be doing mega evolutions for those Pokemon that deserve it or really look like they need one.
Stats
HP: 81
Attack: 81
Defense: 100
Special Attack : 135
Special Defense: 100
Speed: 55
Description: The energy concentrates in the fruit that grow on Hartoom he mega evolves. This fruit can effectively defend Hartoom from most attacks and it is because of this that Mega Hartoom hides behind it in battle.
Mega Ability : Magic Bounce
Also PLEASE give me feedback each week on what I can do to improve. What you would like to see next week. Personal sets for Pokemon. Also what i could add or remove to improve for next week.
Announcements:
1: I will be uploading the sketches I have of each Pokemon of the month on the following Monday. Hopefully in card form.
2: I will personally be starting up an ELITE 4 for Pokemon Twilight. You will be able to challenge the first member when the next PO1/2M goes up ( 2 weeks from now). The team and rules to challenging will be up next week.

| Ah hey Zerobot Glad to see you back on the forums XD
Your review looks pretty good. Just wanna point out that as of right now, I believe Hartoom has the ability to learn Toxic naturally, so a stallish set with Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, and Synthesis is theoretically possible.
