Why is it that I don't have The Prototype HM?I entered the Rocket Hideout again to make sure I didn't miss anything.I think it was supposed to be by the are Giovanni last stood on. Or if it isn't,please tell me where,I might mess up in the game if I don't!

I remember not seeing that item when I played through recently, but it doesn't really matter because it didn't do anything. Maybe it was removed or something?
