The Day-Care Center hasn't been implemented yet. We don't want anything to go wrong with the breeding process and creating glitches, so it needs to be perfect the first time. Also, there will most likely be new breeding policies implemented, so it'll take some time to finish. If you want to catch more Pokemon, you can catch them in the wild, and if you need money but ran out, use the Old Rod in order to get some.
