Who agrees that the type charts are not really level, there are some types that should be super effective or even effective but end up not effective ( I.e. flying against ground... shows us not effective)

Personally, I think the type charts are relatively balanced. While I do think there should be a few changes (which is something I'm slowly working on), I'd much rather alter things for competitive reasons than moving things about arbitrarily. While it may seem somewhat weird for moves like Mud Shot to completely fail against Flying types, I do think that the immunity is both helpful and needed, so there isn't any reason for it to be changed. It does make sense from a tactical standpoint anyway.

Well, never. But when's the last time you threw a rock at a ghost? They still have normal match-up. And though I may nut punch birds, I don't exactly remember the last time i got my ass kicked by them either.

I personally don't think that will happen - the Light type already balances out the Dragon problem by resisting it, and many problems the main games are having with the type's dominance can be regulated by simply not making so many powerful Dragon Pokemon.
