Discuss which Legendary pokemon is the Best, and Why you think its awesome( stats, skills, etc.) I feel that Kyogre is the best of all the legendaries It has and amazing Special attack, not to mention an awesome ability that benifits every water and electric pokemon, and it looks awesome.

If going purely on gameplay, it's definitely Kyogre. Its Drizzle ability sets it apart from the rest, since it boosts the power of its Water Spout/Surf attacks and allows it to use Thunder. Additionally, giving it a Choice Scarf makes it very difficult to outspeed, or you can use Choice Specs for pure power. Sure, there are ways to deal with it like Soul Dew Latias, but Kyogre is undeniably a centralizing force and is the legendary to beat in Ubers. In terms of design, I like legendaries such as Uxie, Jirachi, and Latias - not sure I can single one out as my all time favorite though.

I've always liked Manaphy for some reason, never really knew why though. I also like Genesect because it's a real beast in battles and because it has a cool design. My all-time favorites would be Latias, Manaphy, Meloetta and Genesect. (possibly Yveltal too, I'll have to wait for its base stats and movepool to say this though)

I would say groundon even though he has several type disadvantages like water for example,but he has the sunny day effect plus he can know Solar Beam to cover. I also have used one in my over all team as an extra pokemon. Though Groudon is an extra on my team this pokemon defiantly makes up as an all around beast fulfilling my teams purpose.

I would say Celebi. I'm a huge fan of psychic types, and Celebi has such a unique combination. I also enjoyed its backstory, and it had a unique (albeit flawed) typing.

Kyogre, 'nuff said. EDIT: Haha, didn't realise charizard and Coro already said Kyogre. Guess Kyogre really is the best legendary! :D Seriously though, I have good memories training my Kyogre to level 100 when gen 3 first came out. Good times. In terms of design I think Kyogre is superior too. All-round winner!
