Yeah, I've been playing this game since v0.6 The new version comes out in like a week anyway, so I'd actually wait until then to play it XD

o.o.........O.O.........I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!! Literally the first time hearing of or seeing this game today, hadn't even heard of the original, I feel so outta the technological/gaming industry loop, lol

I'm playing the newest version (v0.9) right now. Definitely loving the new characters, especially Bomberman XD The mechanics are also nice too, since it's way less combo-oriented and plays more like Brawl. It could still use some tweaking in some places, and certain features like Smash Balls are temporarily disabled due to glitches with some Final Smashes, but overall, it's pretty good You guys should download it if you're still playing v0.8

Yeah, you get Jigglypuff by completing all ten events in Solo mode. Mission 10 is really hard though - you'll have to camp at the edge of the stage to complete it.

Since you can't fight all three of them, you need to walk off the edge of Final Destination and use Mario's Star Spin (in this version, tap B to gain height) to help get back on stage. If you do it long enough, most of them will jump off to attack you, and occasionally fail their recovery and KO themselves. Once you get them down to a sizable amount, you can fight the rest of them off. It might take a few tries to get a hang of though.

They released a quick patch fixing some issues and toning down knockback a little. Additionally, they added in Smash Balls in again, but I can totally see why they kept them off - a few of the final forms have a few problems here and there. Additionally, the patch has a couple of new bugs of its own, so you should test it to see if you like it - personally, I think it's better, but not by too much. Also, what's your favorite characters to play as? Now that I've gotten some time to get used to it, I can definitely say that my top 5 characters to play as are (in no particular order) Sonic, Bomberman, Meta Knight, Lloyd, and Naruto.
