| DON'T USE CAPS PLEASE, READING IT GIVES YOU THE FEELING SOMEONE'S SHOUTING AT YOU
If you mean starting all over from Mossville with no Pokémon and no stuff at all, just select New Game in the main menu.
If you want to put a Pokémon in your PC so you can have more than 7 in total, visit a Pokémon Center.
If you want to get rid of a Pokémon, you could release it in the PC menu, but I recommend keeping it stored somewhere in case someone is looking for that Pokémon later so you can trade it for something you do like.

| What are you trying to delete? Do you want to put away a party pokemon so you can have another one in its place, do you want to start all over again from the beginning with no items and no pokemon, or do you want to delete a pokemon forever? |

| If that's the case you should pick option C from td's post:

So visit the pokemon center, go to the pc, select a pokemon, then release it
